I was beyond satisfied with my invitations.  They were absolutely gorgeous.  I purchased the Mocha invitations with the matching flower girl baskets, ring bearer pillows, unity candle, guest book, and matching pen set.  There were some modifications that had to be made after my order had been placed, and because of the personalization I know that changes to already placed orders are difficult to obtain.  I contacted Printed Creations because of a mishap with the wedding registry locations hoping that I could get some last minute adjustments made on the cards inside my invitations.  LUCKILY the modifications were able to be made and I was beyond pleased.  I also received my unity candle disfigured because of the heat, and the company was able to assist in sending me another one right away, and that one came in perfect condition.  As far as the reason I chose Printed Creations to do my wedding invitations, I was pleased that I had such a wide variety to choose from.  I was extremely satisfied with the prices of the merchandise.  However I would still pay twice as much at a certain location if it meant that I received great customer service rather than paying less somewhere that they don't care as much about their customers opinions and satisfaction.  Printed Creations offered me both.  I can't thank you enough for assisting in making my wedding planning go smoothly.  Thanks again for all of your help.
